Analysis on simulation of ammonia absorption under various conditions based on FLUENT
In order to improve the efficiency of ammonia leakage accident rescue and provide strong evidence for it,this paper utilized the GAMBIT software to establish the simulation of atomization absorption field which is based on the nozzle atomization model,droplet breakage model,ammonia absorption model.This paper also uses the FLUENT software to study the droplet diameter of water mist under different atomization parameters and research the coupling relationship between PH value and absorption efficiency.As a result,it concludes that as the nozzle working pressure increases,the diameter of atomized liquid droplet gradually decreases.Compared with the atomized droplet parameters in other working pressure,when working pressure is 0.6MPa the diameter of atomized liquid droplet is smaller,and the initial velocity of atomized droplets is slower at the exit of the nozzle together with longer reactive time between gas- liquid two phase in the simulation of atomization absorption field,which lead to an increasing reaction probability of ammonia and spraying droplet.When the PH value of absorption solution is less than 7,there are a large amount of H+ in the absorption solution reacting with OH- ion in the solute,and then the concentration of solute in the liquid phase decreases,which results in the balance turning to the dissociation,mass transfer driving force increasing and finally the absorption efficiency being enhanced.
