Characteristic Parameters Extraction and Correlation Analysis of Unknown Protocol Bit streams

　　Characteristic parameters extraction of unknown protocol bit streams is the foundation of bit streams clustering and unknown protocol identification.In order to extract the characteristic parameters of unknown protocol bit streams,a method based on compression ratio,hamming weight and runs frequency is put forward.Meanwhile,the correlation coefficient of different parameters is defined according to variance and covariance to further analyze the correlation of these parameters.The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method and indicate that there exist no linear relationships between different parameters.
