Long Time Coherent Integration in Space Objects Detection
For space objects detection with radar, serious crossing-range and crossing-Doppler cell migration makes coherent integration capability limited. Long time coherent integration in space objects detection is studied. We discuss the disadvantages of LFM signal for coherent integration and put forward one method based on single-frequency signal to achieve long time coherent integration. The new method only needs to construct several acceleration compensating functions based on the estimated radial acceleration, and radial acceleration can be obtained through FFT in slow time domain. The feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified through simulation.
