Government Emergency Information Communication:Principle, Problem and Countermeasure

　　The emergency information communication is an important part of unexpected emergency management work.Nowadays,many problems are existed in the emergency information communication among the media and the public and the government in China,which are mainly reflected in: unsound communication organization, poor communication consciousness, impediment of communication channel, nonfeasance of communication roles and imperfect legal system of communication.In order to improve the government emergency information communication efficiency, the relevant government departments need to adhere to the 5T principle of the government emergency information communications: tell government-led information, tell information timely, tell information through many ways, tell all information and tell true information.And based on the ST principle, the countermeasures shall be further taken from information management organization, public crisis education, communication channel, media cooperation, legal system and other aspects to improve the efficacy of the emergency information communication of the governments.Through the establishment of the emergency information management systems and the construction of the platform, to promote government emergency information communication work smoothly.
