The design and implementation of Intelligent Evacuation Guidance System in building fire

  The crowd evacuation is a complex system involving three factors which interact with each other such as the feature of building structure, the human behavior, the process of fire development and the smoke special movement in large space building.Therefore, a multi-input and multi-output of the intelligent evacuation guidance system (IEGS) was established in this paper.Smoke information state parameters, human behavior parameters and construction environment parameters were input variables of the IEGS.Control parameters of soundinducting, visual-inducting and dual-inducting evacuation paths were output variables of the IEGS.The system had two level computer control system which consisted of upper computer, slave computer and some peripheral circuit.Based on multi-parameter identification algorithm, intelligent dynamic identifying paths of IEGS were formed for evacuees to provide correct evacuation paths.The multi-parameters identification algorithm was an improved ant colony algorithm for adjustment and optimization the evacuation paths.Upper computer completed the data management, update, fault alarm, printed report function, received data from slave computer, and sent out instructions to slave computer.Slave computer received instructions and completed fault diagnosis of evacuation indication, examined personnel density detectors, and uploaded data to upper computer.Through simple programming and inputting less environment parameters, IEGS can complete the intelligent inducible control for crowd evacuation in building fires.
