The Application of AHP Multi-Expert Decision-fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method in Large-Scale Social Activities Safety Risk Assessment

  In this paper, a set of three-level index appraisal system is established for the safety risk assessment to the large-scale social activities.To comprehensively consider the opinions of multiple experts, the coefficients d and CI are adopted to measure the consistency between expert judgment bias and judgment matrix, as well as a weighted method which uses CI as a parameter, to obtain the weight of the experts.During the appraisal process, different advices from the experts are fully taken into account to acquire the final ordering vector.Meanwhile, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected to evaluate and determine the membership function of the evaluation indexes.Finally, this set of appraisal method is applied to the crowd stampede accident in the bund of Shanghai.
