Research on Dynamic Characteristics of Heat Exchanger Tube in Shutter Baffle Heat Exchanger

摘要：

　　Shutter baffle heat exchanger is one type of shell-and-tube heat exchanger, combines the unique properties and advantages of heat exchangers with cross flow and longitudinal flow in the shell sides.It changes the fluid flow condition in shell side, reduces the flow resistance, and improves the heat transfer pertonnancc.However, the shutter barnes in the heat exchanger are constrained at single side, which lead to that the mechanical properties are very different from traditional heat exchanger.To avoid the flow induced vibration, the dynamic characteristics of the structure are analyzed, and some valuable conclusions are obtained.
