Research of clinical decision support system in distributed environment
The application of clinical decision support system can effectively solve the limitation of the clinicians knowledge, can easily help doctors to collect patients data, diagnose, treat and prevent of disease.Clinical decision support system has not been widely used in clinical practice, there are two reasons.First, at present, most of the hospitals information systems do not have integrated clinical decision support system.Second, the system used in most hospital is not integrated with the clinical decision support system.In this paper, due to the above problems, we use Multi-Agent technology, through the provincial platform to achieve data sharing to obtain the patients historical data.Combining the knowledge base to make the best decision for the same patient between community and the province medical institution.
