Preparation and Characterization of Heat-reflective Protective Composite Fabrics by Magnetron Sputtering
The heat reflectivity and different protective effects of composite fabrics were analyzed and the heat insulation mechanism in different temperature was discussed.Heat protective fabrics prepared by conventional methods of coating and laminating can meet the requirements of heat insulation and reflection, but the questions of environmental pollution, instability in high temperature and hard feeling have not been resolved. For the preparation of heat-reflective protective fabrics, metal Al and Ag with high heat reflection in infrared region were used as reflection layer, anti oxidation TiO2 as medium layer and protective layer to prepare single, double and multi-layer nano-films(A1, Ag, TiO2/A1, TiO2/Ag, TiO2/A1/TiO2, TiO2/Ag/TiO2) by magnetron sputtering. The structure and surface topography of the thin films were observed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The heat reflective properties were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and thermal gravimetric analysis instrument.
