Research on the Conversions Rates Influence Factors and Countermeasures of the B2C Cross-border Electric Business Platform
With the advent of the Internet economy era, cross-border e-commerce as a new way of international trade is developing rapidly, this trade in China has just started, it has been widely attention of the governments and enterprises.This article mainly analyzes the small and medium-sized enterprises in the B2C cross-border electric business platform operation to the influence factors of the conversion problem seriously, for now, most cross-border electricity business enterprise the most resources spent on customer acquisition, but now more and more cross-border electricity traders began to realize the importance and difficulty of the conversion.This article from the perspective of consumer perception psychology to cross-border electricity enterprise based on B2C platform conversion problem using as the dependent variable, consumer perception psychology as the intermediate variable, put forward the exposure, browse, clinch a deal for three dimension model, the concept of the independent variables.Based on reading the literature method and further establish reasonable conversion factors, through the methods of interview and questionnaire, to survey data through the SPSS software processing, have on comprehensive descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis to determine the factor screening and ranking, puts forward that enterprises to enhance the conversion rate of countermeasures, trying to promote enterprises to produce more orders and further profit to prepare.
