Logistics and Distribution Factors Analysis Based on O2O Fashion Retail

  The rise of e-commerce has brought great changes to human society.In 2014, clothing online shopping transaction volume grew by 41.48%, coupled with the rise of the theme ‘fast fashion’ in recent years.Logistics industry is facing great opportunities and challenges.Under the pressure of e-commerce, O2O apparel industry model came into being corresponding to the stores clothing retail.This article will focus on O2O clothing retail mode own features, characteristics and logistics, using literature analysis method identify the impact factors of O2O clothing retail distribution.Combining the use of AHP, analysis the factors affecting modern clothing industry logistics and distribution to confirm the impact weight of each factor in the apparel industry distribution of weight.And then determine which factors have a relatively large influence on apparel distribution, which could be a reference for the future funding investment allocation on logistics.
