Teaching Reform of Engineering Training to Cultivate Engineering Talents
The main problem faced by current higher education talent cultivation is how to improve the practical ability of students.Engineering training is a universal practical course in technology colleges and universities.It has a wide coverage in teaching content and the number of audience students, and is the main approach to enhance students practical ability, improve the comprehensive quality, and cultivate the innovation consciousness of students.Thus, the research on teaching of engineering training is worthy of attention and discussion.Based on the teaching experience in Dalian University of Technologys engineering training center, the teaching concept, teaching content, teaching arrangement, examination mechanism and etc.in engineering training were discussed and reformed before the establishment of a hierarchical, modular teaching system for engineering training.The teaching content was enriched by updating constantly in order to connect with mainstream of current industry technology, to promote the improvement of students engineering practice ability and cultivate the students engineering quality.
