Improve Challenges of the Engineering Training Course to Cultivate Students Creativity and Innovation Ability
In recent years, innovation, creativity and entrepreneurial activity are carried out in full swing in various colleges and universities, and engineering training teaching reform should comply with the requirements of students and increase challenges of the course.Within the stipulated time, according to the Conceive, Design, Implement and Operate to gain knowledge actively, the students should focus on the challenging projects and complete almost impossible tasks at first thought.Based on the constructivism pedagogy and peak experience psychology theory, the challenging courses of engineering training in Tsinghua University require students to form a team to complete a project of interest, which can effectively stimulate students academic aptitudes, foster the spirits of innovation and teamwork, and thus experience the joy of success.
