Practice and Exploration on Professional Courses System of DCSFC in Training the Innovative Talents
This paper combined with the actual situation in Dan Dong area and the construction of training base inside and outside the university, studied the characteristics of educational development at the present stage, developing professional courses system closely integrated with the business positions as its purpose, to apply the talent training mode of DCSFC (double cycle school-factory cooperation) for developing the innovative talents under the frame of the talent training system about applied technological talents.The model made full use of the opportunities of the national development strategy about five point and one line, with the help of the advantage for building Dan Dong instrument industry park, created the field practice learning opportunities for students to improve their innovative ability, then improved education level and talents qualities of the university entirety, trying to make the university become a mode of curriculum reform with distinctive local characteristics.
