Consideration on Synergetic Development of Engineering Materials and Fundamental of Mechanical Manufacturing Courseand Engineering Training
There are two extremes namely Engineering education scientization and Practical education narrowing in current higher engineering education.In the paper, taking the course Engineering Materials and Fundamental of Mechanical Manufacturing and the practice teaching link Engineering Training play important roles in developing students engineering consciousness, capacity and quality as research objects, a novel thinking on the synergetic development of these two teaching links is proposed based on the analysis of their relationship development history.The thinking is to establish the integrative course of Fundamental of Manufacturing Engineering and its Practice based on the high amalgamation of theoretical teaching and practical teaching.Moreover, the construction of teaching staffs, teaching materials, teaching platforms and others matching conditions with the new course is considered.
