Autonomous NC Practice Teaching Research Based on the Task Driven Mode

  During the current practice teaching process, NC, CAD and CAM are isolated.Because there is a greater degree derailment between the practical content and the presence practical engineering, the practice content is tedious, and also hard to inspire students creativity.In response to these problems, based on the task driven mode, using the three-dimensional design software as the basis, with the purpose of increasing the learning autonomy, it is proposed an autonomy hierarchical teaching practice model.Its contents and its implementation methods are given, including: 1) Processing technology as the teaching main line, 2) Designing freedom and processing autonomy, 3) According to real engineering, 4) Multi-level, multi-faceted teaching.Teaching practical of years show that the model can mobilize the students creative enthusiasm effectively, and it plays an important role in training students creative thinking, improving the practice ability, and also promoting the level of current practice teaching.
