Development of the Distributed Waste Collection and Recycling System: Training on Industry 4.0

摘要：

　　With the highly competitive manufacturing environment, the global industrial development is entering a new era.There is a trend to integrate industrial automation with information technologies.Industry 4.0 is an initiative to address this issue.In this paper, we will present the development of the distributed waste collection and processing system for demonstrating the concepts according to Industry 4.0 framework.The developed system will also assist the students to learn and practice the relevant skills and technologies associate with Industry 4.0.
