Base Construction on Cultivating Qualified Engineering Talents

　　The elementary goal of higher engineering education is to cultivate modern engineers, who are not just only the traditional workmen or craftsmen but the specialists with the innovation and capacity to transfer the sciences and technology to productivity.Developing high-quality talents in engineering and technology is the predominant idea of this paper, meeting the demand of engineering educational practice in cultivating excellent engineering talents is regarded as the starting point, we elaborate the significance and the constructive idea of establishing and simulating the practical teaching base on modern intelligent factory environment of industry 4.0 standard, and the practical teaching system, in cultivating top-quality talents in engineering.
