Development of Students Human Resource

摘要：

　　This paper points out that students of engineering university and college are a kind of human resource which can be developed.If the condition is appropriate, it can also be a human resource with many advantages.But some disadvantages must be paid attention too.Authors research and experiment for modern industrial training in last 30 years has been summarized.Two booklets has been written.One is How to open practical elective courses?, The other is How to train teaching assistants?.I am Looking forward to discussing and exchanging with peers.If the expansion of the international modern industry training causes a bit to promote, it is lucky.
