Study on the training Mode for High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industry Mechanical Engineer
High-end equipment manufacturing industry is a strategic emerging industry, which takes high new technology as the guide, in the core link of the value chain and industry chain, determining the whole industry chain of the comprehensive competitiveness.High-end equipment manufacturing industry has the characteristics of R & D of digital, intelligent manufacturing equipment, production process automation and management network.At present, the machinery manufacturing class undergraduates training model and training programs without in view of the above characteristics, graduates knowledge structure and ability structure cannot meet the industrial requirements.This paper analyzes the requirements of the equipment manufacturing industry to the knowledge structure and ability structure, presents the mechanical engineer training objectives;constructs the new 1∶1∶1 training mode of manufacturing engineer;designs characteristic series of courses and training scheme for high-end manufacturing Mechanical Engineer cultivation.After 5 years of teaching practice, graduates showed strong employment competitiveness and ability to adapt to post.This paper explored the local general colleges and universities, according to the economic development needs, combined with their own school characteristics, a new mode of cultivating senior technical personnel with distinct characteristics of the equipment manufacturing industry.
