The Research and Practice on Model Based of 3D Printing
This paper analyzes factors which influence the quality of 3D printed model by fused deposition modeling, and puts forward the solution to improve the surface quality of FDM, then finds the method to improve the accuracy of parts and reduce the surface roughness of them.The experimental results show that when three dimensional CAD model is transformed into the STL format, the size of chord height affects the accuracy of the surface directly;the thickness of printed layer has a direct impact on the surface quality of the prototype;the size of the angle between the molding direction and the accumulation plane affects the prototype precision.
