Exploration on Team Construction of Engineering Training Center of High School in China

摘要：

　　Engineering Training Center (ETC) is one of the normal public basic platforms on engineering practice education and engineering practice teaching in Chinas higher school, which also is a new thing in the reform and development of higher education in China.Team construction is one of the most important evaluation indexes of the ETC level, but also the basic guarantee of engineering training teaching quality.In this paper, according to the national conditions and function orientation of Engineering Training Center in China, the education and teaching reform system is presented in which the curriculum construction is the core, the team construction is the key and base construction is the guarantee based on the connotation construction and development of the ETC.Furthermore, the team construction of Engineering Training Center of Higher School in China is discussed.
