Construction of Triangle-quality Teachers Based on Outstanding Talent Cultivation

　　In the construction background of the education and training program for outstanding engineers of the Ministry of Education, teaching staff construction of engineering training is paid attention to exceedingly by many colleges.However, there are some problems such as shortage of teachers, irrational structure and low professional quality.In order to solve these issues, triangle-quality teachers, a new scheme of teaching staff construction about engineering training, are proposed based on outstanding talent cultivation.The triangle-quality teachers are those who possess three professional identities of teacher, technician and engineer.The construction plans of triangle-quality teachers, including introduction, training and incentive systems in respect of human resources, are put forward in the paper.
