The Research and Exploration of Tacit Knowledge and Case Teaching in Engineering Education

  In this paper, combining with the teaching status quo, this paper expounds the important role of the tacit knowledge in interpersonal communication, group communication as well as the continuation of social and cultural process.Tacit knowledge plays a decisive role in the control practice and the practical results.At the insistence of the idea of large-scale engineering and a Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers (PETOE), engineering education should strengthen education tacit knowledge.Case teaching to tacit knowledge education has a great role in promoting.In machinery manufacturing base class teaching process, build an open three-dimensional case teaching environment, introduce the background project teaching link and use real engineering case based on the actual working condition.Provide the students with real engineering scene.After combing, the introduction of engineering case, its pertinence, intuitive, typicality and the actual contact closely, let the students try to deal with practical problems using the theoretical knowledge, improve the teaching effect, change the engineering education boring, too abstract and other defects, answer questions and solve doubts and enhance students engineering quality.
