Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of University Engineering Experiment Teaching Personnel Training
Universities Engineering Practice Teaching Personnel Construction is the key to improving the teaching quality and students comprehensive quality.From a concrete empirical research on teaching faculty building of the practical engineering training center of a university, it shows that at present there are a lack of practical teaching university teachers, unreasonable age structure and professional structure, not well-built qualifications and titles structure, and faculty unstable issues existing in universities.The main reason is that universities pay insufficient attention to the practical teaching, and that teacher training and selection mechanism is not included in the overall construction of university teachers.In order to cultivate creative talents and skilled personnel, universities should broaden university engineering practical teaching faculty hiring channels, improve the teaching faculty of engineering practical complementary mechanisms to ensure that the practice of teaching sustainable development of university faculty.
