Discussion on the Three Steps to Improve the Innovative and Practice Ability of College Students
At present, with the enrollment scale of college students keeping enlarging, the employment situation changes greatly, and the competition of employment market becomes increasingly fierce.The enterprises put forward higher requirements for the ability of graduates.Under the national macroscopic background of promoting the higher education reform and development, strengthening the practice link of education, trying to improve the quality of personal training and delivery talent with innovation ability to our country become problems that must be faced and solved for the engineering education in colleges and universities.In this paper, we explored the various teaching factors combined with the engineering training teaching.Based on the equipment of engineering training center, a new scheme was formed by affecting students mind, increasing the chances of students practice and guiding the students to transform theory and practice into the results which improve the college students innovative practice ability, the three-step scheme concept innovation-ability innovation-results innovation is put forward in this scheme, which will improve college students innovative practice ability and helps them better adapt to society.
