Tentative Construction of Open Mode in Engineering Training Center

  With the fast development of innovative industrial technology, students creative and practical ability becomes more and more important.Establishing an efficient and scientific management system for open laboratory teaching can greatly excite students passion for innovative practices.In this open laboratory teaching management system, improving students awareness of innovation, teamwork awareness and research capacity are the main targets of the teaching reform.Series of potential issues on the open laboratory teaching mode are discussed based on the situation of todays engineering training center.For example, the closed form is not suitable for modern college students, and the content for traditional engineering training is limited;there is a lack of innovation for traditional engineering training course;the opening hours of engineering training center cannot meet the individual needs of all kinds of students.In order to solve the above problems, it is necessary to establish more individualized and pragmatic teaching system.Different engineering training course can be prepared for different students.To better implement the new system, series of contents that should be fully considered.Students should be asked to comply with strict requirements in class.Whats more, teachers should focus on the students experimental skills and creative thinking while preparing class.The open laboratory teaching system will continue to deepen and become more significant, which will be a good platform to bring up comprehensive students.
