Research on the Engineering Training Practice Teaching Quality Monitoring Method Under the Open Model
The concept of engineering training practice teaching quality monitoring based on open model was offered.The research methods of questionnaire investigation and symposia were used to collect the practice teaching quality monitoring information widely.The situation of practice teaching quality monitoring about our school was summarized and analyzed.The engineering training practice teaching quality blind spots were found under the open model.By reference to the second line three grade quality control concept, quality monitoring leading team, quality monitoring committee and quality control office were constructed.They were all added to the Engineering Training Center existing management organization.Open practice teaching monitoring points were determined by selection, and the monitoring standards were also stipulated.Based on the rules of practice teaching quality management in our school, the quantitative relation and criteria were determined by means of the monitoring standards.The proportion and score of all monitoring points about open teaching quality were analyzed.Engineering training teaching quality monitoring system based on open model was established though studying in different monitoring points and quality control factors.With the platform research practice and teaching in Engineering Training Center, the quality monitoring method of open practice teaching was studied by students, teachers, the process of open practice teaching, open environment and equipment.Through trial operation, the monitoring system could effectively improve the quality and level of engineering training practice teaching.
