Research in Engineering Training Modes with Modular Engineering Skills Training + Project Driven

摘要：

　　Engineering training is one of integral part in practical teaching to train the innovation spirit, engineering consciousness, and practical ability of students.By analyzing the present situation of project driven training model, and taking into consideration the engineering consciousness and engineering practical ability, the modular engineering skills training + project driven training model was proposed, with an emphasis on construction content, the innovation and the implementation effect.The practice shows that the new training model further improves the engineering practice ability of the students and good team work spirit, provide an effective way for the cultivation of creative talents.
