Engineering Training Education Innovation Based on Outstanding Engineers Training
Outstanding Engineers Training Plan is an engineering education innovation plan, which is in the charge of the Ministry of Education.Practice in enterprises is an important part of the plan.The teaching purpose of engineering training is not only to let the students understand the modem production mode and manufacturing process of the mechanical and electrical equipment, but also to cultivate the students engineering consciousness and innovation ability.Engineering training and Outstanding Engineers Training Plan have a common point.It can promote the better development of Outstanding Engineers Training Plan by which engineering training takes advantage of their resource advantages and effectively combines with the enterprise practice by complementary advantages.But at present, the content of the engineering training and training methods of innovation ability have some limitations, and some problems exist in the cohesion of engineering training and practice in enterprises.So it is necessary that content of engineering training and its implementation method should be adjusted properly.The main content of engineering training should be given priority to modem industrial production.And it is implemented by diversification of engineering training, simulation of project research process in the modem enterprise and team synergy innovation.
