Research and Practice of Interest-guided Training Mode of Science and Technology Innovation Ability of College Students
One of the significant tasks of the university education is to cultivate students innovation ability and love for the professional, so as to maximize their potential of learning.In this paper, based on the analysis of the behavior characteristics of college students in the participation of innovation activities, the concept of interest as attraction is proposed for the technological innovation cultivation of college students by aiming at the intermediate state phenomenon in technological innovation activities and the cultivation of technological innovation ability, with the interest as the attraction, brand competition as the platform, innovative and special laboratory as the support and stable innovation team as the organizational structures.Special innovative talent cultivation mode is formed in the practice of technological innovations.
