Construction and Implement of Industrial Training Information Management System Based on Modern Enterprise Mode
Traditional industrial training adopts mostly teaching-practicing method, which is lack of automation, intelligence and integration, so it is difficult to attract the attention of students and is out of the requirements of modern enterprise.Information technology has been applied in the enterprise for a long time, which can help the company to improve productivity, quality, innovation and competitiveness.In this paper, we construct and implement a new information management system of industrial training that combines traditional manufacture process and modern information technology.This system includes three key modules, educational resource module, engineering database module and workflow management module.In the system, we can organize the training materials, and can also establish the engineering database, including 2D drawings, 3D models, standard operating procedure, and manual of equipment and so on.And we use workflow to connect all the information together.Working with the system, the students can practice the whole production procedure from design to manufacture as in the enterprise, which can help them understand the responsibilities of each position and how tasks are transmitted between stages automatically.
