Constructing Tridimensional Engineering Training Innovation System Through Scientific and Technological Innovation Activities
Scientific and technological innovation activity is an effective way to cultivate engineering practical ability and innovation consciousness for university students.With the help of the national engineering training experimental teaching demonstration center, scientific and technological innovation can be integrated effectively into the engineering training to form a three-dimensional innovation system by taking many measures, such as establishing innovation organizations for students, developing a management mechanism, designing elaborately innovation contents, constructing an innovation activity platform with high level, applying multi-teaching methods and means, creating an innovation cultural atmosphere, and building a high quality teaching group.Some students have changed fromorder to learn to want to learn and from order to do to want to do, which will promote a good development for the students scientific and technological innovation, and improve the personnel training quality.The engineering practices in recent years have proved that the system works well.The students interests and motivations in participating innovation activities significantly increase, and the students have won gratifying achievements in many subject competitions.It indicates that students innovation consciousness and abilities obtain a great enhancement.
