Investigation on Training Mode on Active Practising Combining with the Textbook Guiding

  This paper analyzes the existing main problems of the teaching mode-master trains apprentice in engineering training, puts forward a new model of cultivating students autonomous learning ability, practice ability and innovation ability by the students autonomous learning, active practice and the combination of textbooks and instructor guidance, through the project and task driven, and the use of open laboratory.Under the new model framework, the internship textbook and instructor have been written, and the basic training projects and tasks which the students must complete and selective innovation projects and requirements have been designed.Students may learn from practice textbook and instructor, according to the laboratory opening time, independently complete basic training projects and tasks.Teachers mainly guide students to solve existing problems in the process of completing basic training projects and tasks, and record the student practice process content and time, the quality of the completed project and task, the quality of the internship report, and discuss the students independent innovation project design, process arrangement and operating technology together with students.All of those efforts aim to make engineering training course become engineering practice curriculum of centered on student ability training, and to make teachers become guiders and leaders of students study.
