Comprehensive Development of Students Driven by the Scientific and Technological Innovation

　　The scientific and technological innovation activities have a huge impact on the students development in the modern engineering training.The paper introduces the undergraduate students scientific innovation activities in Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) in recent years, and makes a summary about the policies and measurement that the university has taken to enhance the students innovation abilities, and also introduces the construction of innovation bases and lab.It also presents the awards that the students win in the scientific and technological innovation activities.The success and experience obtained in innovation activities in BIT can provide strong support for the development of students comprehensive capability.
