Experiment Teaching Reform Research and Practice of Industrial Control
Engineering training in university plays an important part in technical education for students to improve understanding of the theoretical knowledge.With modern engineering training developing in a comprehensive direction and industrial control is an important training project of modern engineering training courses.The construction of industrial control training classroom in our engineering training center and the scheme of industrial control technology experiment teaching reform are introduced including experiment project design of programmable logic controller (PLC) technology, pneumatic control technology (PCT) and Human Machine Interface (HMI) technology in this paper.Based on YL-337A automatic production line training equipment (YL) and computer technology is used.Simulation software and training equipment are applied to make experiment teaching more visual and diverse.Guide-self-study-problem-solving mode is used to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the teaching experiment.The practice has proved that the students practical ability, self learning ability and creative ability have been greatly improved by reforming the industrial control technology experiment teaching.
