Exploration and Research on Welding Comprehensive Training

  The paper focuses on the teaching reform and practices in the course of Tsinghua University Fundamental Industry Training Centers building and improvement of Machine Manufacturing Practice, national level teaching course.A comprehensive and relearned knowledge of the existing engineering technologies is the basis of technological innovation.Classical physical experimental technologies and industrial experimental technologies are the sources of technological innovation.Combined with the present situation of the welding practice teaching, through the development and integration of training, the teaching mode is reformed and explored.The students receive two level practice engineering training in three phases during the welding comprehensive training program.On the basis of allowing the students to acquire engineering technology and basic engineering skills, teaching events are driven by tasks and guided by programs to improve the comprehensiveness of training, increase the content of advanced technologies, and attach great importance to develop and cultivate the innovation consciousness of the students so as to improve the students engineering practice capability.The comprehensive training achieves good teaching effect.
