Teaching Concepts and Scheme Design for Research-based Engineering Training

  The reform under research-based teaching concept has been discussed in this paper for satisfying the demand of massive practical teaching in engineering training.Research-based teaching mode has been developed by establishing guiding ideology of engineering training, determining teaching scheme of project drive and problem solution, and applying question-based teaching measure.The result has shown that research-based teaching practice in engineering training can stimulate students initiative, promote their development and improve the teachers teaching ability.
