Practice Teaching Methods and Evalution Strategies Based on Desktop 3D Printer
The STD-I desktop 3D printer that is teaching type of low cost electromechanical integration equipment is applied in the engineering training centers actual teaching module.Those graphics being gotten from reverse engineering and students inspirations of 3D design by computer are printed directly into material objects in the real world.Accordingly, they are gotten through 3D scanner and CAD drawing software.The students being divided into groups are trained to disassemble and assemble the 3D printer and the process is finished by time-limit.And the students comprehensive ability of the design and manufacture is improved.According to the demand of the national college students engineering training comprehensive ability requirements of the competition, the students are required to accomplish the work of design and printing within the prescribed time on the basis of the completing of the corresponding engineering training unit.All of these works being made by each group of students are contrasted and compared according to their molding effect and time consuming.And the module training results of the students are evaluated objectively.Accordingly, the students innovation and practical ability are improved.The engineering trainings practice teaching content and effect will be effectively enriched and improved by this project of training and evaluation strategy.
