Construction and Research on Engineering Training Center Based on Applied Universities

　　This paper analyses the need for applied talents cultivation, exploring the concept, connotation and implementation plan by stages on the construction of engineering training center.Researching on the importance, function, infrastructure, team construction, teaching management and other aspects of engineering training center in applied university transition, based on all the above studies the paper puts forward a proposal that integrating the resources of campus, building interconnected practical teaching platform, cultivating inter-disciplinary engineering talents, which provides practical experience and theoretical reference for talents training in applied university.
