The Construction of the Engineering Practice Training Platform Based on the Idea of Large-scale Engineer

　　The teaching goal of research-oriented university is being to cultivate top innovation talents.The engineering practical ability and creative ability are important goals in the course of cultivation of talents with high quality.Engineering practice training is an effective way to cultivate practice ability, engineering quality, innovative spirit and innovative ability of university students.By updating training idea, integrating teaching resources, optimizing curriculum system and building practice training platform based on large-scale engineer idea, the engineering practice plays a dominant role in the process of talent cultivation on the teaching platform of engineering training center.It prompts excellent talent in the limited time and space to accomplish the specific advantage accumulation and lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of the high quality top creative talents.
