Concept of a Shared Engineering Training Center

摘要：

　　After analyzing the current state of the engineering training centers in universities, the paper proposes the concept of a shared engineering training center among regional universities.This means that within a certain geographical area, a shared public engineering training center based on the concerted effort and resources of all universities can better satisfy the need of those universities within that area.The construction of a centralized engineering center could not only break the limited resource constraint of any individual university, but also optimize the resource utilization.It would also improve resource efficiency drastically and students training quality ultimately.This paper has also proposed the relevant advice on the implementation steps towards building a shared engineering center.
