Implementation of a Shared Engineering Training Center for Higher Education Institutions

摘要：

　　The integration of all available training resources from universities into a shared public centralized engineering training center is an effective way to break the resource limitation of any individual university.It optimizes the overall resource utilization and ultimately improves the students training standard.This paper analyzes various implementation issues and dilemmas associated with the building of a shared engineering training center.After that, the authors propose solutions to those issues based on a proper resource planning to achieve the desired objective.
