A Construction of Intelligent Manufacturing Practice Training Based on Industrial 4.0 Model

　　The kernel of German Industry 4.0 plan is intelligent manufacturing and intelligent plant.And the intelligent design process, the intelligent manufacturing process and the intelligent manufacturing equipment are performed.To accommodate the development of deep integration of information and industrialization, the product data center is established.And the manufacturing platform is constructed on a unified database and it includes design, analysis and simulation.The CNC equipment communication and data acquisition are administrated by the integrated networkmanagement system.The system promotes data sharing in all sectors and realizes the digitization of the whole manufacturing process.What is more, the industrial robots are used to improve the intelligent level of the manufacturing process and production technology, and the smart factories and the intelligent manufacturing model are performed.So the intelligent manufacturing base will be built to improve students practical and innovative capabilities.
