Analysis of Cultivating Excellent Engineers Based on Practical Teaching Workshop
This paper mainly analyzes education for excellent engineers through practical teaching workshop.Taking the professional Material Forming and Control Engineering as an example, by visiting and communication with some enterprise, we adopting a typical research and development products, using practice teaching workshops for cartier, and dividing students into design, analysis, simulation, programming and the processing groups according to the students practice skills and interests.They will align together to simulation the whole virtual mode of the enterprise operation by using PLM management software.This model will change the concept of practice teaching, improve the efficiency and quality of practice teaching and attempt to explore new model for cultivating talents.
