The Present Situation and Methods of NC Teaching and Equipment Optimization

　　This paper discusses the importance of NC teaching for national development.And it points out the basic situation of the modern numerical control technology teaching and reveals the existing problems and the disadvantages.The paper puts forward the optimization of NC teaching method and the solution to human-computer interaction with the combination of software interfaces with hardware interfaces on the basis of virtual manufacturing technology.Zhejiang Hiteit Intelligent Equipment Co.Ltd.has researched and developed the CNC Partner equipment for NC teaching.The paper analyzes the advantages of the equipment including high flexibility, strong sense of reality, low cost, good security and so on.They have been used to establish a new type of NC teaching lab in Zhejiang University and create a new NC teaching method.
