The Study Of Dynamic Scheduling Based On The Demand Of Emergency Supplies
In order to improve the efficiency of emergency supplies dispatch and satisfy the dynamic dispatch of supplies needs of emergency areas, this paper puts forward a prior strategy of emergency supplies needs of affected areas and builds an emergency supplies dynamic dispatch model based on needs priority lists in disaster areas.A prior level real-time dispatch scheme is produced according to real-time return information from travelling vehicles, and a dynamic ant algorithm, RT-ACO algorithm, is designed by integrating the dispatching model and the characteristics of dispatching tasks.An analysis of the results of NetLogo simulation indicates that the model can adjust the distribution strategy in time and the algorithm can rapidly adjust an optimal path for distribution vehicles, thus satisfying the emergency needs of disaster areas to the greatest extent.
