Assessment the Recreational Value of Daming Lake Based on Zonal Travel Cost Method
Recreational value of Darning Lake scenic spot in Jinan City was assessed by zonal travel cost method (ZTCM).Most of tourists in Daming lake come from Shandong province and the source of the tourists who were not from Shandong province concentrated on surrounding area.In shandong province, most of the tourists come from Jinan city and the west of Zibo city was the important source.Tourist sources were partitioned into three regions and further divided to subarea.The assessment of explicit and implicit travel costs showed the explicit travel cost increased with the distance to Jinan, yet no obvious relationship was found between the implicit travel cost and distance.The recreation value of Darning lake scenic spot in 2014 was 147.8 ten million yuan, in which the explicit travel cost was 130.7 ten million yuan and the implicit travel cost was 6871.3 ten thousand yuan and consumer surplus was 10.2 ten million yuan.
