Empirical Study Based on Principal Component Analysis on Measurement Model for Quality of public employment Service in Developed Area
Referring to existing research findings, this paper selects some indicators to evaluate the quality of public employment service, these indicators include elasticity of employment, employment average pay, unemployment rate, higher education employment rate, communal labor disputing parties rate, average number of people employment agency guide, employment agency service efficiency, labor disputes settlement rate, occupation disease rate and average pension fund expenditure.We also apply the principle component analysis to build a model to evaluate the quality of public employment service in economic developed areas in year of 2012 and 2013.Results show that the quality of public employment service develops uneven in developed areas.Overall, it develops faster in Beijing and Shanghai, and lower in Liaoning, Fujian, and Inner Mongolia.In the meanwhile, the employment system is no sound.
