Technology Innovation Ability Evaluation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise in our country under the environment of Innovation network

摘要：

　　In this paper, we study technology innovation of small and medium-sized enterprise, with innovation network as the research background.Rely on the environment of innovation network, we considerate to build evaluation indexes of technology innovation ability of small and medium-sized enterprise comprehensively, and collect the data of 19 provinces of our country, using factor analysis method to quantify evaluation of small enterprise technology innovation ability.Through evaluation technology innovation capability of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, makes the enterprise itself and other main bodies of innovation network fimd out the deficiencies according to the evaluation results and take certain measures to improve accordingly.
